Telecommunications Information Notice 22-01:  Supply Chain Delays May Impact Cable and Wire Requests

Due to a nationwide cable shortage, agencies may expect requests requiring wire and cable to be delayed.  Indoor and Outdoor Complex Cable orders are particularly impacted.  Requests may be delayed up to 12 weeks.  Some outdoor orders may be delayed up to 52 weeks.  The Office of Technology Services requests agencies consider this when submitting telecommunications and network services requests.  OTS appreciates your patience as the supply chain recovers.
