**Effective July 1, 2026, payment collection responsibilities for energy-related agreements, including oil and gas pipeline rights-of-way, oil and gas-related surface and subsurface agreements, saltwater disposal well agreements, and electrical transmission line agreements, are being transferred from the Office of State Lands (OSL) to the Office of State Resources (OSR) in accordance with Act 458 of the 2025 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.

Beginning July 1, 2026, payments for these energy-related agreements should be remitted to:
