Telecommunications Information Notice 20-03: Multimedia Collaboration Services: Required Zoom Client Application Upgrade

Zoom has requested all account holders upgrade current client applications to version 5.0 or higher. If this upgrade is not performed, your current Zoom client will no longer function after May 30, 2020. The Office of Technology Services End User Computing plans to perform the upgrade to version 5.0.3 on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. Follow the linked instructions to verify the upgrade and complete if necessary.
