|IT Statewide Analyst 1/2/3 (APPDM PN 50588915)||March 21, 2023||This position is a highly technical, advanced level position in the Office of Technology Services (OTS) Application and Data Management (AppDM) Health and serves as the Lead of the Louisiana Medicaid Eligibility Determination System (LaMEDS) deployment team. The incumbent is responsible for the deployment of EA Tools (i.e. Business Rules Engine (BRE), Master Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Data Warehouse. This position utilizes tools (i.e. Pentaho, JIRA, SharePoint, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Spoon, Bamboo, GIT and File transfer tools (Putty, WinSCP, mRemoteNG)). Serves as the supervisor of the LaMEDS deployment team; managing deployments in lower environments and production. Supervises subordinate staff in the preparation of documentation, and the execution of test procedures and work assignments for LaMEDS deployments.|

This is a professional journeyman level position on the Logistics team in the Application and Data Management (AppDM) Section of OTS. The incumbent is a technical analyst on the Logistics team and must possess knowledge of the technical environment; configuration and programming required for the multiple functions of LaGov and must have the ability to relate this knowledge to the ERP Logistics component.|

This is a senior level technical support position in the Application and Data Management Section of OTS. This position is responsible for support of the State's highly complex and integrated ERP system (LaGov) on the Logistics Team. The incumbent is an IT Developer and must possess advanced knowledge of system technical environment and programming capabilities of the multiple components of the ERP system that it integrates with to include Financial, Logistics, Human Capital Management and Enterprise Solutions.|

|IT Statewide Applications Senior Developer 1/2/3 (AppDM PN 50345839)||March 27, 2023||Serves as primary high level technical consultant for the installation and maintenance of the highly complex statewide LaGov SAP R/3 systems and related products for all State agencies. Researches and implements the best practices for design, installation, and enhancement package upgrades of the SAP NetWeaver software necessary to operate the LaGov Systems with main emphasis on SAP Basis. These activities often require after-hours scheduling due to extensive availability requirements. Coordinates the design, development and installation of in-house software packages or modifications to vendor packages by designing work and specifications. Customizes and modifies software, as needed, to support critical business needs. Consults regularly with vendors concerning software and/or hardware problems, resolutions and system performance.|

EUC is the first point of contact for all statewide IT incidents, issues and requests from more than 30,000 users and devices in 720+ locations. EUC services are divided into 5 core areas of concentration including; Field Operations, Advanced Remote Support, End User Technology, Incident and Ops Management, and Comm and Network Services. |OTS Statewide Operations Associate 1/2/3/4||March 23, 2023||The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing advanced Information Technology (IT) technical functions in the areas of IT planning, contract management, payment analysis, budget analysis, cost allocation, revenue analysis, and supply chain work. The functions include auditing of vendor billings and obtaining approvals, according to the Louisiana State Laws, Rules and Regulations and Guidelines for state agencies. This position requires knowledge of the existing OTS IT operating environment. The person in this position performs high level diverse duties and works independently with broad direction from the Division of Administration (DOA) and Office of Technology Services (OTS). The person in this position advises and provides consulting to various OTS management levels and other agency personnel, as necessary, in the following Information Technology areas: as a technical resource, quality assurance, planning, billing processes and procurement of IT needs. The person in this position works closely with the IT Director relative to budget, purchasing, and contracts for the fulfillment of IT needs and requirements.|
|Senior App Developer (IT Statewide Applications SR Developer 1, 2, or 3, PMO 50576893 and 50576894)||March 22, 2023||This position is within the Office of Technology Services (OTS), Product Delivery and is responsible for Application Development within the Engineering section within the Product Delivery division. The incumbent is responsible for the development of new and existing applications using tools and processes according to the standards developed by OTS. Leads core application development and analysis activities to deliver high quality: Leads the design, coding, compilation, testing, debugging, and documentation of new or existing applications within accepted standards, procedures and guidelines. Influences and guides the implementation of the State’s software delivery strategy, providing guidance and review of designs to ensure methodology, best practices and standards are followed and to ensure overall quality of solutions. Identifies, researches and resolves programming, data, or system software problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other employees and/or users.
