OTS Statewide Operations Associate 1/2/3/4 | March 23, 2023 | The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing advanced Information Technology (IT) technical functions in the areas of IT planning, contract management, payment analysis, budget analysis, cost allocation, revenue analysis, and supply chain work. The functions include auditing of vendor billings and obtaining approvals, according to the Louisiana State Laws, Rules and Regulations and Guidelines for state agencies. This position requires knowledge of the existing OTS IT operating environment. The person in this position performs high level diverse duties and works independently with broad direction from the Division of Administration (DOA) and Office of Technology Services (OTS).
