The Louisiana START 529/529A Saving Program

The START (Student Tuition Assistance and Revenue Trust) Saving Program is an education savings plan designed to help families save and prepare for the growing costs of educating their children. The Louisiana Tuition Trust Authority, operating under the Louisiana Board of Regents, administers the START program. Ascensus College Savings Recordkeeping Services, LLC. manages the day-to-day administration and recordkeeping.
