Discontinuation of Paging Systems and Equipment Contract

The Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) currently offers paging systems and equipment through state contract 408159 for Paging Systems and Equipment with Gage Telephone Systems, Inc. This contract is scheduled to expire on July 14, 2012. The contract will not be renewed or rebid.
After July 14, agencies will acquire overhead paging systems and equipment directly from vendors. Agencies may purchase the equipment via the Small Purchases Executive Order (Executive Order BJ 2010-16), or for a purchase that exceeds an agency's approved purchasing authority, the agency may request delegated authority from the OTM Director to bid the project.
