Telephone Equipment Contracts

The Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) recently rebid the Telephone Equipment contracts. An award has been made and a new contract is in place, effective immediately.
The contract was awarded for categories including devices for the hearing, sight, and/or speech impaired. Listed below is the contract number and contractor name along with the product categories offered.

Telephone equipment such as corded and cordless telephones, conference telephones, answering machines, headsets, etc., that was previously on State contract may now be purchased directly by State agencies utilizing the Small Purchases Executive Order. This Executive Order, BJ 10-16, may be found at www.doa.louisiana.gov/osr/other/bj10-16.htm.
Agency orders for this contract equipment and for purchases made under the Small Executive Order do not require OTM approval and should be sent directly to the appropriate contractor or vendor.
