The Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) is responsible for management of telecommunications within the executive branch of state government. This includes the planning, procurement, provision and administration of both goods and services statewide. It does not necessarily imply either direct operation or ownership of telecommunications systems by the Office of Telecommunications Management.
