The V&S Payroll (check date 6/5/98) was inadvertently posted to the AFS on Friday, May 29,1998 with an accounting period of 11/98 (May) instead of 12/98 (June). Due to system constraints, AFS cannot back out the transactions and repost. Please notify the appropriate personnel and adjust your records accordingly.
