OSUP has purchased a new fax machine for the purpose of allowing user agencies the option of faxing Supplemental Check Requests\backup, Stop Pay Requests with associated Void\Supplemental Requests\backup, and Agency Requested Payroll Payables Checks\Batch Requests. The fax number for this new machine is (504) 219-4432. All agencies are now allowed to FAX only the above requests to this new number. OSUP's old FAX Number (504) 342-1650 will be used in case of emergencies for these requests.
Please update your OSUP Standard Accounting Procedures Manual pending a formal revision.
