| SUBJECT: | Amendment to SA 99-32 Instructions for Preparation of Annual Fiscal Report (AFR) |
The listing of schedules that have been eliminated for fiscal year 1999 on page four, paragraph six of SA 99-32 incorrectly includes Schedule 10, Schedule of Per Diem Paid Board (Commission) Members, by Fund, and Schedule 11, Schedule of Consultant Fees for Feasibility Studies and Other Special Reports. These schedules are included in your AFR packet and should be completed as in past years.
