SUBJECT:		Extension on the Annual Financial Reports Deadline

Due to programming and other problems encountered in generating the automated schedules and statements for the preparation of the agencies annual financial report, the lead schedules made available from this office have been delayed. We are therefore extending the deadline for submitting the completed reports to OSRAP from September 1, to 8:00 am on the morning of September 8th. Agencies are urged to start checking BUNDL for the schedules and statements starting on Monday, September 1. We also encourage agencies to start completing the notes to the financial statements in order to meet the revised deadline.
