SUBJECT:		Schedule 5

Enclosed are the corrected Schedule 5 and 4G03 for your agency to be used when preparing your Schedule 2. The report 4G03 for the Expenditure Adjustment was incorrect. You will notice that the adjustment on Schedule 5 was changed to include the correct 4G03.

We have also included a 1G07B, Unscheduled Payment Turnaround Report as of June 30, 1998. The Legislative Auditors will require this report when your agency is audited.
