MEMORANDUM SA 01-22

Which forms are required for activating vendor records added to ISIS?  Changing them?  Who do I contact for assistance?  Where do I send completed forms?  Why did my check go to an address different from the address on the printed order?  Perplexed? 

The Office of Statewide Reporting and Accounting Policy (OSRAP) will be offering vendor training courses to help you answer the questions noted above and any other questions you may have concerning vendor processing.  We will explain to you the how, when, what, and why of vendor processing as well as give you information on how our Vendor Section can be of assistance to you.

OSRAP is offering the courses; Adding, Changing and Selecting Vendor Records in ISIS which will be approximately one and a half days in length.  We will also address ISIS system related vendor issues.  Attached to this memorandum is an enrollment form for your use.  Please return the completed enrollment form to OSRAP by the deadline specified on the form.  The course will be held in Baton Rouge at the OIS Data Center, which is located at 1801 North 4^th Street, Room 127.   

We will try to honor the dates you have selected.   However, class size is limited by the number of computers in the training room and we may have to adjust your dates of attendance.  You will be notified in writing of your class assignment and general instructions at a later date.

Agencies should send the personnel that actually do the data entry and maintenance of vendor records used by their agency.  Attendees must have an ISIS user ID and have a knowledge of how to navigate the subsystems of ISIS. 

NOTE:  This is not a new vendor training course.  Please only enroll new employees or employees in need of a refresher course.
