Since the Governor has declared December 27, 1999 as a State holiday, changes to cut off dates provided in SA Memorandum 00-16 are required. We have reproduced the entire schedule as an attachment to this memorandum. Those items that were due on Monday December 27, 1999 have been rescheduled to Thursday December 23, 1999 and that date is in BOLD print. An addition to the CMIA agency note appears UNDERLINED.
Please note that in order to have a check printed during the final December check write, the payment voucher or NON-ISIS manual warrants must be accepted in ISIS by 6:00 p.m. December 23, 1999. The cut off has been changed to allow sufficient time for the delivery of the checks before December 31, 1999.
