The Office of the State Register is pleased to launch an administrative rulemaking training project that will include seminars, a new training manual, and these online presentations. The seminars are presented as Part I, Basic Rulemaking Procedures, and Part II, Advanced Rulemaking Procedures.

The slide show presentations presented here, which you may view at any time, will quickly introduce you to the basics of the Louisiana Administrative Code and the Louisiana Register. If you have a further interest in administrative procedure and the rulemaking process, please feel free to contact our office to enroll in the seminars.
