The Administrative Services group is composed of State Printing, Forms Management and State Mail.

State Printing and Forms Management are closely related and offer a wide range of services. State Printing is a full service print shop, offering design assistance, composition, bindery services, and the production of all types of products needed by our agency customers.

Forms Management provides design assistance, procurement services, warehousing, inventory control and the distribution of printed products, and receives many of its items from State Printing. State Mail provides expertise in the area of mail design and works in partnership to provide print-to-mail service for our customers.

The mission of the Office of State Printing and Forms Management is to provide cost effective and user beneficial products and services in the areas of printing and forms management that fulfill the needs of state agencies in an expeditious and supportive manner leading to greater efficiency and reduced expense. Our goal is to provide the very best service and products to our agency customers, enabling them to better serve the citizens of Louisiana.
