The information contained herein provides procedures for reporting claims or notice of loss. Procedures vary slightly depending on the type of coverage. If you are not sure what type of insurance would cover the type of loss your agency has sustained, contact the Office of Risk Management Claims Unit and you will be directed to the proper section.
