This policy of insurance provides
for payment of damages resulting from the establishment, design, construction,
existence, ownership, maintenance, use, extension, improvement, repair, or
regulation of any state bridge, tunnel, dam, street, road, highway, or
expressway. There is no deductible for this coverage.
