MARITIME COMPENSATION
(Admiralty Law or Jones Act) (MANDATORY)
Maritime coverage liability is
provided to masters or members of the crews of vessels with transportation,
wages, maintenance and cure added. For such persons voluntary compensation
maritime coverage also applies under which a settlement will be afforded based
upon statutory benefit provisions of the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Law. There
is no deductible for this coverage.
