Medical Malpractice
The Medical Malpractice Unit provides Medical Malpractice insurance coverage for all State of Louisiana health care facilities including the state's charity hospital system, as well as health units and mental health clinics in all parishes. We also provide this coverage for clinics and hospitals in the state's prison system, LSU Clinics, and LSU staff and residents in private hospitals throughout the state. Back To Claims
