Comprehensive General Liability

The state of Louisiana became self-insured for Comprehensive General Liability losses on July 1, 1986.
Comprehensive General Liability provides coverage for third party losses where the state is legally liable and also provides personal injury, wrongful acts, and other contractual and tort liabilities.
