Open your preferred internet browser.
Go to Louisiana Employees Online (LEO) at https://leo.louisiana.gov
Log in using your employee number ("P-number")
In the top left corner, you will see a tab that reads My Work - click once on My Work
Just below this tab, you will now see a list of options that includes
Online Learning - click once on Online Learning
Below that, you should now see a menu that includes the option Risk Management - click once on Risk Management
In the main window, you should now see a list of the courses offered by ORM, to begin a course, simply click once on the course name.
**Note**
Upon beginning the course, some users may encounter the message "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?" Please click yes in response to this question.
