PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

East Louisiana State Hospital Inventory is an inventory pilot project funded entirely with self-generated revenue from processing requisitions at the facility. The recommended funding for this program for FY 1998-99 is $2,925,000.

The total means of financing for this program is recommended at 167.1% of the existing operating budget. It represents 100% of the total request ($2,925,000) for this program. The net increase is due to the consolidation of East Louisiana State Hospital, Feliciana Forensic Facility, and Greenwell Springs Hospital to the inventory.
