ANALYSIS OF RECOMMENDATION
The total means of financing for this program is recommended at 135.6% of the existing operating budget. It represents 135.7% of the total request ($762,155) for this program. The net increase in expenditure authority for this program is primarily due to the transfer of laundry contracts, which includes funding and ten positions, to Jackson Regional Laundry due to the closure of the Hammond Regional Laundry. The funding level and increase in T.O. is anticipated to sufficiently fund the increase in services provided.
