Program D: Parish Councils on Aging

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Both mission and goal of the Parish Councils on Aging Program is to support local services to the elderly provided by Parish Councils on Aging.

OBJECTIVES AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1. In FY 1998-99, the Parish Councils on Aging (PCOA) Program will provide an allotment of $1.25 per person aged 60 and over in the parish to parish councils on aging to supplement programs or administrative cost, or provide services, or pay expenses not allowed by other funding sources.
