Staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding state holidays. Voice mailis available when help desk is not staffed. Calls will be returned the next working day. Help Desk message will identify any extended system unavailability problem under investigation and expected time of correction. Passwords/userid problemscan only be corrected Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding state holidays (ensure you are able to access system prior to weekend work).
