Hours of Availability:

Staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding state holidays.
Voice mail is available when help desk is not staffed. Calls will be returned the next working day.
Help Desk message will identify any extended system unavailability problem under investigation and expected time of correction.
Passwords/userid problems can only be corrected Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding state holidays (ensure you are able to access system prior to weekend work).
