Prequalified Offerers List (PQL) for Consulting Services

The Office of Contractual Review maintains a listing of responsible prospective contractors for consulting services in accordance with Revised Statutes 39:1506. This listing of prequalified offerers is provided to requesting agencies who intend to issue a Request for Proposal for such services.

LaPAC (Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network)

Act 433 of the 2004 Legislative Session requires state agencies to advertise requests for proposals through LaPAC, a centralized electronic interactive environment administered by the Division of Administration.  OCR strongly encourages contractors to register on the LaPAC website.
