OCR has partnered with the Office of State Purchasing (OSP) to provide “Help Desk” service by way of telephone and email to agencies, vendors and other OCR and OSP customers. The dedicated telephone line, (225) 219-HOW2 (4692), offers a central contact point for procurement and contract related questions and other assistance.
Available from 7:30AM to 4:30PM weekdays, excluding holidays, this service provides voice messaging service when the line is busy or when the Help Desk is not staffed.
Agencies may also contact OCR at DOA-OCRhelpdesk@la.gov with their OCR contract related questions, RFP review requests and other contracting assistance needs from us.
Vendors may use the phone number and email address provided above to submit requests for information, PreQualified Offerer’s List submittals, and other pertinent assistance from OCR.
