Thank you for visiting the Division of Administration website. As Commissioner of Administration, my goals are to help strengthen ethics in government administration, increase transparency and accountability, and implement fiscal reform.

In short, my aim is to undertake an initiative to transform Louisiana government to be more efficient, more effective, and more responsive to the taxpayers it is intended to serve. An integral part of reaching that aim will also involve pushing to implement Gov. Bobby Jindal's policies of government and fiscal reform, guided by a continual mission to improve state government transparency and accountability.

The more Louisiana's citizens are allowed to know how their government works and how it spends their money, the more likely they will be in a position to make sure government works better and spends wisely and with restraint.

With the help of my professional and knowledgeable executive staff, and my own experience and passion for reinventing government, I hope to provide the type of leadership that sees the Division of Administration and all state government bring ever-improving service to every citizen of this state.

Reforming government is a constant process requiring continuing innovation and evaluation. It is also an effort greatly enhanced by the support and participation of the citizens themselves, and I welcome your ideas and input as we seek to implement reform.
