DO NOT register for MindLeaders more than once. Each time you register, you create a new User ID. These ID’s cannot be combined at a later date to provide you with one consolidated record of your training.
Enter the MindLeaders website. You will see the Registered User login highlighted in gray on the left side of your screen. Underneath the Password box you will see the text "Log-in Help." Click on this text and you will be forwarded to a help screen. The first question on this screen is "Forgot your password?" Click on this question. It will request your User ID. Type in your User ID and click Submit. Your password will be emailed to the address you provided when you first registered.
If you do not have email or do not receive an email with your password, call Rosanna Marino at (225) 342-8557 to have your password reset.
You must be using Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 sp2 or later on a Microsoft Windows platform version 2000 or XP. Alternate operating systems such as Mac or Linux and alternate web browsers such as FireFox, Safari and Opera are not supported.
Log into the course and within the course click on the Course Tools tab on the left navigation. From here, click on the View My Scores tab. Your mastery percentage will be in the first paragraph on that page. If every lesson is scored at or above the mastery level, you will see a certificate button near the bottom of the scores graph. If there is a lesson or lessons without the mastery scores, a certificate button will not show. If a certificate button does show, click the button to generate your certificate.
After you click on Print Certificate, go to File>Page Setup and change the direction of your page from portrait to landscape. Click OK. Go back to File>Print and print your certificate.
If you have exited the course, re-enter, go to View My Scores, and then Print Certificate, changing first to landscape OR go into My Transcript, click on check box (□) in mastery column > File > Print > Preferences > Landscape > OK
Log-in to MindLeaders. Enter the specific course you would like to master. Click on Course Tools, the second yellow tab on the left hand side of your screen. Click on View My Scores, underneath Assessment. A list of course sections will appear on your screen. You will see a check box (□) next to each section you have mastered. To access a section you have not yet mastered, click on the title of that section. Upon completion of the section, return to "View My Scores" and repeat the process until you have mastered all sections of the course.
Please re-enter the course through the student center. Once you have entered the course, click on View My Scores. If there is a Certificate button in the bottom left hand corner of the scores page, you have mastered the course. Click on the Return to Course button on the lower right corner of your screen. Once you have returned to the course, click on the Exit button in the lower right hand corner of the screen. The Exit button triggers an update of the information.
You may have skipped a question. You must answer all questions within the section to receive credit for the section. This includes questions which are not scored.
To see a list of all the courses you have taken, log-in to MindLeaders. On the left hand side of your screen in the gray area you will see My Transcript. Click on My Transcript and a listing of all of the courses you are currently taking and have taken in the past will appear. Additionally, your test scores and your level of mastery for each course are also listed. This report can be printed.
