The 2010 Louisiana Housing Authority (LHA) draft PHA Annual Plan will be available for public comment from August 24, 2009 through October 8, 2009. The PHA Annual Plan includes information about how the LHA will manage its Project-Based Voucher Program through the next year. A public hearing will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at the State Office Building Auditorium at 150 N. 3rd Street in Downtown Baton Rouge. The LHA will accept comments in writing during the public comment period. Additional comments may be submitted at the public hearing.
