The primary goal of the Office of Community Develoment (OCD) is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Louisiana. The OCD consists of three sections, the Community Development Section, the Disaster Recovery Unit and the State Grants Management Section, that work closely together to achieve this goal. OCD also administers the Local Government Assistance Program (LGAP).
