The Louisiana State Grants Management Section (SGMS) has served non-profit organizations, state agencies, and local governments since December 2004. Listed below are a couple of highlighted organizations that have contacted our office. SGMS was able to serve these organizations with research, grant writing, and submission of applications. Because of the amount of funding information requested, SGMS planned eight regional grant writing conferences around the state in order to instruct non-profit organization, state agencies and local governments how to research funding opportunities and how to write a competitive grant.
