Project Based Voucher Program

*The 2012 Louisiana Housing Authority (LHA) draft Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan (found at the bottom of the page) was available for public comment until October 3, 2011. The PHA Annual Plan includes information about how the LHA will manage its Project-Based Voucher Program through the next year. 

A public hearing was held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2011, at the State Office Building Auditorium, 150 North Third Street in Baton Rouge. The LHA accepted comments in writing during the public comment period. A final version of the Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval.
