BATON ROUGE, La. – The Office of Community Development’s Disaster Recovery Unit will close its office in New Orleans City Hall as
of 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26.
OCD-DRU continues to maintain our permanent Road Home office in New Orleans, which also houses Hazard Mitigation Grant Program analysts, as well as our Small Rental office. Both are open Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Applicants with questions or concerns about Road Home or CDBG Individual Mitigation Measures can call 1-888-762-3252 and press "3" to schedule an appointment with a staff member. Small Rental applicants can call the same toll-free number and press "1" to schedule an appointment. HMGP applicants can call 1-877-824-8312 toll-free.

open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. - Small Rental – 4298 Elysian Fields, Suite D in New Orleans, open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Disaster Recovery Unit within the Office of Community Development is dedicated to helping Louisiana's citizens recover from hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike. As the state's central point for hurricane recovery, the OCD-DRU manages the most extensive rebuilding effort in American history, working closely with local, state and federal partners to ensure that Louisiana recovers safer and stronger than before.
