As printing costs to the Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) have decreased, the charge to state agencies for printing billing documents which agencies choose to have printed by OTM has changed from $0.75 to $0.50 per printed page. The decrease will be effective with the July bill. The Catalog of Services has been adjusted to reflect this change.
