Telecommunications Information Notice 07-11 Addendum
Audio and Web Conferencing Service Contracts

Effective immediately, the Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) has updated the vendor contracts available to provide audio and web conferencing services. These contracts were announced in OTM’s Telecommunications Information Notice 07-11 dated September 13, 2007. It has been necessary to cancel the Deltacom contract. At the same time, OTM has added a contract with AT&T.

The audio conferencing services contract numbers are:

• 407005 Genesys
• 407006 AT&T

While agencies may choose which vendor/contract to use, it is recommended that consideration be given to each vendor according to each agency situation and requirement as vendor prices vary according to offerings selected. More than one vendor may be chosen based on the agencies particular needs.
