Telecommunications Information Notice  07-03 (Addendum)
LINC Rate Revision

March 13, 2007

Telecommunications Information Notice 07-03 dated March 6, 2007, indicated an incorrect effective date for revised LINC rates. The lower rates are effective with the March OTM bill (February's usage).
