Voice Messaging Service Rate Revisions

The Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) regularly reviews its line of service rates to make certain that rates charged for services reflect the actual cost of provisioning those services. As a result of a recent review, OTM has revised and reduced most Voice Messaging rates. These rate revisions will be effective with the August 2006 OTM bill.

Agency telecommunications coordinators may order voice messaging services using the forms on the OTM web site.
