Dial Tone: Disconnect
This service is available to all authorized subscribers using dial tone service. The disconnect deactivates the station number at the switch.
Billing Rates
There is no charge for a Dial Tone Disconnect.
How To Order
To disconnect dial tone for Centrex lines, submit an OTM/S-2 Centrex Service Order Form. To disconnect other dial tone service submit and OTM/S-1 Miscellaneous Service Order form or and OTM/S-8 Communications Service Request.
