Attached is a copy of the Security Suspension Report (BL1435-01) as of run date 06-14-99. Please review each suspended Operator ID and violation number. Reference Violate Number Legend at the bottom of the page for suspension reason. Update each operator by either unsuspending or deleting the Operator ID as appropriate.
