Misc Income and Fringe Benefits Taxable Report (BL1501-01) |
The Miscellaneous Income and Fringe Benefits Taxable Report (BL1501-01) was developed to assist agencies in complying with Policy and Procedures Memorandum (PPM) 73, which requires agencies to provide an annual report on taxable compensation by September 1, 1999, to the Commissioner of Administration.
This report will be produced and distributed on June 15, 1999, and available in BUNDL for view for 60 days. Employees who had a pay period amount or a calendar year-to-date balance for miscellaneous income or non-cash fringe benefits taxable as of the pay period ending June 13, 1999, will be listed.
NOTE: The UPS report covers only six months, whereas the report to be submitted to the Commissioner requests calendar year information.
