 Supplemental Stamp for Pay In Vouchers submitted to OSUP

Due to the recent conversion from City National Bank (CNB) to Bank One, OSUP would like to inform you of changes that are going to affect your agency.

The stamp that each agency uses for Negative Net Supplemental Deposits must be altered to meet Bank One's criteria. Bank One has requested that the stamp be no larger than 1 1/4 inches wide and no more than 2 inches in length. The stamp should include the following pertinent information:

Please make sure that the Pay In Voucher (PIV) and the back of the check(s) that your agency submits for deposit are stamped according to Bank One's requirements (shown above). The PIV account titles in the Distribution Section should be modified as follows:

Please obtain a new stamp and begin using as soon as possible. Also, update Section 2.05 of your Standard Accounting Procedures Manual where applicable.
