Agency Listing
The above link is a list of all ISIS HR paid Agency Personnel Area Names and Numbers provided in Microsoft Excel format. Beginning in April 2001, all agency payroll activity occurring in ISIS HR is identified by the ISIS HR Agency Number. Dates in the last column, "Modified Date", indicate when an agency became an ISIS HR paid agency (added) or was no longer considered an ISIS HR paid agency (removed). This list is maintained by OSUP.

Agency Contacts
Above is a link to the OIS ISIS Contacts page on the OIS Website that can be used to search for agency contacts. Follow the instructions below in order to search for a contact person for a particular agency. This database is maintained by OIS.

The following steps should be taken to locate the appropriate agency contact:

1. The "Agency Listing" above may be used for a complete listing of ISIS HR paid agency names and personnel area numbers.
2. Select "Search by: ", then "Agency". (Or you can now search by responsibility and download the list.)
3. Choose the appropriate agency or enter Agency Number and click on the"Submit Query" button.
4. Under Responsibilities, select OSUP-Statewide Vendors.
5. Click on contact name to get contact information such as agency number, address and contact's phone number and email address.
6. Scroll down to see all agencies this contact is responsible for.

The following steps should be taken to obtain a listing for all agency Statewide Vendor Contacts:

1. Select "Search by: ", then "Responsibility".
2. Click on the dropdown menu and select OSUP-Statewide Vendors.
3. Click on the "Submit" button.
4. A listing of all Statewide Vendor contacts and agency names will be displayed in alphabetical order by contact's last name.
5. Click on a contact name to get contact information such as agency number, address and contact's phone number and email address.
