Click on the link above for the latest Vendor and Product information approved for payroll deduction. This listing provides State of LA Agency personnel with contact information for each approved vendor.
Employees should be encouraged to report in writing to their Employee Administration office any comments they have on vendors and/or vendor agents. Agencies should then forward the written information to OSUP, faxing any additional documentation to (225) 219-4432 to support the comment.
