Cash Management Improvement Act of 1990
The Cash Management Improvement Act (CMIA) of 1990 was enacted to promote greater efficiency, effectiveness and equity in the transfer of funds between the federal government and the states. OSRAP is required to monitor and report annually on the implementation of this program in the state of Louisiana.
