- Effective 8/1/12, FARA will administer all Medical Malpractice claims including payments of future medicals. To report a medical malpractice claim, please go to the LAORM website for Louisiana State Agencies at www.laorm.com, click the Claim Reporting option at the top of the page for contact information. - ORM is conducting 2 satisfaction surveys. The FARA Customer Satisfaction Survey evaluates your direct contact and experience with the Claims section of FARA for Workers' Compensation, General Liability and Property claims, and the Loss Prevention section of FARA. The ORM Customer Satisfaction Survey evaluates your direct contact with the Claims section of ORM for all other claims, as well as the Statistics and Underwriting sections of ORM. - Defensive Driver Training is no longer available through ORM's website. Users of the ISIS payroll system can now access the course through Louisiana Employees Online (LEO). Users without access to this system will need to contact his or her agency's safety manager/coordinator for alternate access.
