Instructions for Requesting Approval As a Prequalified Offerer

The Office of Contractual Review maintains a listing of responsible prospective contractors for consulting services. This listing of prequalified offerers is provided to requesting agencies who intend to issue a Request for Proposal for such services. To be considered for approval as a Prequalified Offerer for consulting contracts, contractors must submit to the Office of Contractual Review, the following information:

1. A subject list of your areas of expertise including key personnel and a resume on each.

2. A list describing previous work done by subject area, with whom, and the names and phone number of contact persons for each client listed.

3. A current financial statement.

Once the above information is furnished to us, we will promptly review your request and notify you as soon as possible. Please include a current address, phone number, fax number, contact person and email address if available.

ACT 433 of the 2004 Regular Session requires state agencies to advertise requests for proposals through LaPAC, a centralized electronic interactive environment administered by the Division of Administration.
